Property Management Services Kenney Realty Services offers property management services for both multi-family and commercial assets on a fee basis. Reporting to owners can be weekly or monthly as requested by the owner and can be as detailed as is needed. Reports can also be customized to fit a client’s particular need. While certain standard practices are followed, the management plan can be altered as requested by the client. Our property management services include:

Commercial The staff at Kenney Realty have experience in managing shopping centers, office buildings, flex space, and industrial buildings. As is the case with multi-family management, standard management policies and procedures are followed in managing commercial assets. We are experienced in structuring Leases that are triple net or gross and that incorporate percentage rent (in retail settings) for additional revenue.
